Getting Started

Come for the fitness, stay for the friends.

Unless you’re coming from another CrossFit gym, we start everyone off with either 5 or 10 one on one intro sessions depending on your comfort level. We will cover basic skills, lifting technique, proper body mechanics, and common terminology, as well as assessing your movement patterns to determine the best prescription for moving forward.  After the intro courseyou are free to purchase a regular membership and join in on any regularly scheduled class.
