Getting Started

Whether you’re an avid runner, a weekend warrior, or a couch potato, starting a CrossFit program can be quite a shock to your body. We have created the TRANSITIONS program to help you get acclimated to the CrossFit methodology. The program consists of 6 classes that are spread out over 2 weeks. Classes are at 7pm Monday, Wednesday, and 5:30pm on Friday.  We will cover basic skills, lifting technique, proper body mechanics, and terminology. After you have made the TRANSITION you are free to purchase a regular membership and join in on any regularly scheduled class.


The cost for the TRANSITIONS program is $100 and it begins on the 1st Monday of the first full week of every month. Please sign up online to reserve your spot prior to attending your 1st class.
