Unless you’re coming from another CrossFit gym, we start everyone off with 3 one on one intro sessions. We will cover basic skills, lifting technique, proper body mechanics, and common terminology, as well as assessing your movement patterns to determine the best prescription for moving forward. After the intro course, you are free to purchase a regular membership and join in on any regularly scheduled class.
