Starting Monday, January 18th a NEW class time at 7:30pm will begin for Monday and Wednesday nights. This class will be lead by Coach Drew and be an "open format" mostly. You can do the WOD open-gym-style or use it as a time to work on your Olympic lifts and technique with Drew coaching. This can be done as a supplement to your WOD, so if you already did the WOD you can absolutely get the Oly coaching without killing yourself. It will be mostly technique coinciding with the programming we're following. Come with your WOD book read to learn or just crush the WOD because you couldn't make it earlier!
